Terms and Conditions
We have no hidden charges – we do not add VAT or delivery charges at the checkout.
All items must be paid for prior to your order being despatched, our normal delivery time is shown in the product details for each item. Occasionally delivery time may go beyond the expected time due to circumstances outside of our control and in such circumstances we will endeavour to notify you and update you as to progress, extended delivery time does not negate the order.
Availability of Goods All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Delivery PLEASE NOTE that is the customers’ responsibility if the product chosen does not fit though doorways, up stairs, or along passageways etc – please be certain that the product can get to the desired room and fits in the desired space BEFORE ordering. Please see our ‘Delivery Information’ page for more detailed delivery terms.
We will endeavor to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods.
Payment. Our preferred method of payment is via Nochex, a trusted, UK based, secure online credit/debit card processor.
Returned Goods Any returns must be made within 7 days of receipt and goods must be in the original packaging. We will not re-imburse return postage or carriage costs. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return.
Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be revoked.
Please allow up to 7 days for all card refunds, after we have received the goods back in saleable condition.
Pillows and Mattresses Please note that due to health and safety reasons, once a pillow has been removed from the packaging it cannot be returned, for the same reason we will not accept the return of any mattress once it has been used.
Damage in transit It is the customers responsibilty to confirm that products are in good condition when they arrive. Please be aware that once you have signed the delivery documentation then you have confirmed that you are happy with the product and it’s condition. Signing and marking as ‘unchecked’ does not provide a waiver of this condition. In the event that you are not happy with the condition of the product(s) you must cleary state as such on the delivery document and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery.
Shortages It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier’s delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 7 days from delivery.
In-Correct Goods It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 7 days from delivery. We are unable to accept cancellation or accept any extra cost that may incur due to wrong information provided by you at the time you placed the order.
Cancellation of order: If a customer cancels an order, and goods have not been despatched, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £25.
If a customer cancels an order, and the goods have already been manufactured or despatched for delivery, the customer is responsible for any carriage charges incurred, any re-stocking fee imposed by our supplier, and a £25 administration fee.
Reviews: We will send you an email after you have received your goods to ask you for a review and we would really appreciate your comments on our goods and service. We continually aim to improve our service and quality.
Our site changes regularly: We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
